Step 1: Click Insert and then select Video from File…from Video option.
Step 2: Browse and select the file in the Insert Video dialog box and click Insert to place the video into the slide.
By inserting the video, a copy of the video file is placed in the slide, so moving or deleting the original file will not affect your PowerPoint slide.
