There're a series of options for you to set with. The most commonly used preferences are displayed on the main screen, for further settings, please click on the button followed with each title.
- TV standard: Please select the appropriate standard from the drop-down list according to which is used in your country, or simply click on Select by country if you are not sure which standard is used in your country.
- Aspect ratio: Choose an aspect ratio for the created DVD movie. It is recommended to apply the same aspect ratio as the one of the original PowerPoint slide show.
Note: Here suggests the optimal PowerPoint page size to match the current video resolution. It is highly recommended you change the page size of your presentation in PowerPoint to the suggested one, or the conversion quality will be degraded.
- Standard (on video settings dialog): Specifies the DVD encoding standards. Standard DVD is the most compatible format, but the video quality will be compromised a little. The quality of 480i and 480p (recommended) is higher, but sometimes it cannot be played on some DVD machines.
Note: If the aspect ratio you choose is different from the one of the original PowerPoint file, the output movie will be distorted.
Layout Settings
Specifies the effective dimension of the output video. In addition, you can customize your own watermark for the output if you have the full new version 5.0.0 or above. You can learn more about it from the Layout Settings section.
Advanced Settings
You can change
output quality, compatibility and the language of your DVD here. You can also choose wondershare sound recorder to retain sounds. For more information about the settings, please refer to Advanced Settings.
